THIS MORNING...KNOCKED DOWN

The traffic was bad...the attitude was bad. I was on my way to work when an old woman cross the road. And the traffic was bad..so she should be crossing it without much problem...I can see she's just came from a groceries store as I can see Greens and stuffs...then I stop and she crossed in front of Cicak and me...but then..suddenly I heard a banging sound...And there she was...lying on the street with her stuff all scattered. The cat next to me hit her...she almost reach the other side of the road as she was hit by the left edge of the car. Crazy car..I dunno why it won't stop and give way...as the distance between him and the other car is not more than 1 car wide...get what I mean? This is stupid street behavious that I hate most in men...they just want to drive fast..konon2 macho and finally...jadi macam ni la...poor lady..but I wonder how was she manged to get up very quickly while packing up her things..and the guy? Is not even out from the car...come on..everybody have to go to the office...and this guy proves that Malaysian are selfish...

FEDERER LOST IN MONTE CARLO MASTERS SERIES...
RAFA WON...THE KING OF CLAY...

It is sad...he is lost but losing to the King of Clay, not bad for Roger as he fight 5-7,5-7 in a straight set. And I guess Roger is back...playing better than ever...And congrats to Rafa...I love you too..but I love Roger more...hahaha...But Rafa set a world record when he won both the series for single and double performance. What a King of CLAY he is!! And this is the 4th time he won Monte Carlo MS...and his still have his impressive 99-98 won in clay court...(1=lose to Roger in Hamburg)

WHAT THE PLAYERS SAID
Nadal: To win a fourth consecutive Monte-Carlo title? "Is very special moment for me. I played all the tournaments this year very well, but I didn't play the last match of every tournament well because I lost easy in Australia, I lost easy in Indian Wells and I lost easy in Miami... So winning for me fourth time in a row is very, very special. Probably one of the nicest tournaments of the world. At 0-4 in the second set? "Just think about I gonna lose the set, but try to lose the set 6-2, not 6-0 or 6-1 to go to a third set with good feelings. "That's what I was thinking at that moment and I just try to fight every point because he was playing fine and I was going a little bit more behind the court, one meter behind. So he has the control of the court, of the point, always in that moment. I thought I have to go a little bit more inside and try to fight for every point."

Federer: "I thought I played okay. Disappointing second set, I guess, after playing the right way against him and then letting him back into the match. It was disappointing. Maybe I didn't play my best for sure. But it's tough against him and he deserves to win in the end... because he's a helluva clay court player. "Honestly for me it's a very positive week of coming back from the brink in the first round, and beating great players on the way to the finals. I'm pushing Rafa today, having the feeling I can beat him, if I play the right way. And I think that's the feeling I didn't have after Monaco last year. "The amount of times I got broken today wasn't what I was hoping for but at least I was finally able to break him also on several occasions, which is the good part. Maybe my attacking game didn't work that well maybe like in the past against him."

The Final Score

Rival but friends..how sweet

Winning the Monte Carlo ATP MAsters Series for 4th consecutive years!!

Trying his best...I know you are

ROGER FEDERER WON ESTORIL OPEN (clay court)

Finally he won his first title for year 2008 against Nikolay Davydenko when he retire in second set due to injury. With his new hired clay coach, I hope he will make it in Roland Garros and claim his 1st Grand Slam title for Clay court!

*same hat again (*_*) wink~wink

Federer: “It feels great to win a title again and the circumstances were unfortunate. It would have been nice for Nikolay to finish. I think it’s the first time in my life that someone has retired against me – in 70-80 finals. It was cool in the cold conditions, but it is a great start to the clay-court season to win a title.
“It’s a good week for me to start off with. I think [Higueras] is happy for me, he didn’t confuse me and we’ll be off together to Monaco for hopefully a good week there.
“Nikolay felt something at the end of the first set, I saw Nikolay holding his leg before the changeover. I congratulated on a great run in Miami, Davis Cup and it is unfortunate to celebrate a win in this way. I’m still very proud to have won this tournament.”

TAKZIAH TO KAK ITA

Who is Kak Ita? My former Team Leader in Teliti Computers. She just married to Major Wan Johan for about 9 months. She lost her husband this morning because of heart attack...It's sad to think about it when she is almost at the end of her pregnancy and...nothing left to say :(

*Al-Fatihah to Major Wan Johan

CUPCAKE CHIC

No offense, but I really hate this place. I do love it's chicness of interiors and also the ambience. But the cupcake? Totally not my taste! I am not writing this entry to sabotage their business but this is only my point of view. Democracy kan Malaysia ni..sooo takpe la. The cashier is nice and everything is great except the cupcakes! And there are no more reason that I could find that can make me come back here except if a friend chose this place to hang out.

Their cupcakes are very so-so, the design is cute and clean. Ok, so I really excited to makan it. And then the price...quite expensive, RM4.50 per cupcakes where secret recipe's brownies are cost almost the same but bigger and tastirer. This cupcakes are reakky high in sugar...It is so sweet, I can't even finish half of my cupcakes! Thank God I only bought one for me and one for donat! Baik la pegi makan donat kat Big Apple!!!

It is so sweet and kills my appetite and my mood. I just hate it when a food/drinks taste like sugar. Kalo macam tu baik makan gula aje. Eg : Kopi yang terlalu manis sampai rasa kopi dah tiade, cupcakes yang terlalu manis sampai rase macam makan a big chunk of sugar etc2.

So..this is only my opinion and yes, they have a lot of customers, I can see a lot of people coming to the shop..and it makes me think that one of my theory is true which is, Malaysian's only consume very sweet food/drinks. If it's not sweet enough, they can't sell it all! What a shame!

My Weekend is splashingly fun !!

Saturday morning :

I went for my 1st swimming class with Jaja and Syaz. I was so scared and panic and that's kinda explained why I sesat like orang gile finding my way to Syaz's house and even finding our way to the UITM Pool!!! I took me almost 2 hours and the student's...are so not helping. If there is a subject about how to tell the direction to a stranger, they will definitley failed!!

Ok..the class is informal and it is somewhow ease my worries when the ambience is so relaxing and the instructor is not using any wiesel :P. It's a great achievement for me when I am now able to dip my head inside the pool and breath out for around 6-7 seconds. I know..people might fell it's not a big deal..but for a HYDROPHOBIC person like me..It's a BIG STEP...and I know how to float..just for a while...but..hey..I thinks that's is a good start! I am now not really afraid being in a pool..even the height is at my neck :D

And I spent the rest of my Saturday...sleeping and lepaking at my sister's place...waiting for any friends to call me out for a dinner..or movies or anything...but yet...my phone stood there silently until midnight :(

Addition to that : ROGER FEDERER won the Estoril Open - clay clourt ! Good Luck for Roland Garros Roger!

MAYBANK 2 U

Noticed the word use to save our frequently transferred account num is 'FAVOURITE'?

Favourite Interbank Transfer...
Favourite Registered Payment...

I think the Favourite is totally wrong here. Why? Because I am trasnferring money, my money to that account every month for loans, CC etc...and does it sounds like something fun to do? Is it your favourite things to do every month after the salary kicks in - transferring money from your acc to loan account? So, you get what I mean...and the word "FAVOURITE" is totally not quite right here.

They can take the word "Frequent" ot better "Loathe" (hehe - Loathe Bank Transfer) to replace this word Favourite. Contradict to it's description, I hate to click the links and yet the name is Favourite...duuuhhh
(*.*) ~ splash ~ splash

This has been one of my YM status during this week. Why? It represent the water sound that swimmers make...And I am gonna be one soon :D My swimming class with Jaja and Syaz will start tomorrow 19th April 2008 at 9am! Looking forward to it, but feeling a little freaked out since I am Hydrophobic, low stamina and FAT!

Wish me Luck for the class!
HOW MUCH DO YOU KNOW ABOUT YOUR CAR LADIES?

I was listening to this radio station while riding a cab to the office and they came across with this topic. Then I asked myself how much do I know about my car? This is a few that I have figured out which is the basic essential for girls I guess :

(1) I know what the mechanics do when I go for car service in terms of what engine oil to use, changing filter, radiator, and the fact that spark plugs are not necessary to change everytime you go for car service and Kelisa only use 3 if my memory serves me !

(2) This is the best part..I know when to change my brake pads, front brake and the back tyres. And I know how they install it. Seriously I can feel when it is worned out cos I am so lazy to hit the break pedal and the moment the brake is not 'makan' already, I simply knew it!

(3) I know how to refill my radiator fluids.

(4) I can feel it when the absorber is out!

(5) I know how to change a tyre, but I am so lazy to do it and make my boyfriends or any other friends to change it for me as I will take ages just to lift up the tyres :S Very heavy for me...

(6) I know when my eczos (correct spelling ka?) is not functioning properly, either tersumbat or there is any leaking I will know it. How? When you car ask for more unnecessary petrols, when the speed won't increase as normal when you hit the speed pedal and when you hear clinging sound or funny sound coming out from the back of your car...

(7) I know when to fill up the tyres air.

(8) I know that gearbox oil, power steering oil and belting need to be change maybe around 1-2 years.

(8) And this one..if you don't know when you need to fuel up your petrol..DON'T DRIVE!!!

That's what I can think of for the moment...I I found this basic essential is required for a girl as you might not get cheated with the mechanics or even your friends. How much do you know? Evaluate yourself :D

Pictures of 1902, SUKHUMVIT and from my windows pane!
Food glorios food@ Sukhumvit!!

From my apartment...blur laaaa adesh!!

My sisters and me having fun at 1902 - why do I look fat here???

The yummy Bruschetta

Sukhumvit!

More area @ Sukhumvit

More more Sukhumvit ~ doesn't it looks like The Apartment @ The Curve?

THINGS I NOTICED...

This is only a point of view from my observation to people that has been close to me these few months :

* I noticed that Arinsonians really loves STARBUCKS. I thought I was the weird one!
* I noticed that Arinsonians really into FACEBOOKING
* I noticed that Arinsonians really loves having lunch as early as 1130 am
* I noticed that Arinso Office has a lot of cokroaches..baby roaches, mama roaches, papa roaches...we do have em all!!
* I noticed that Arinsonians now are really into Waffles (there's a new stall opens next to Giant)
* I noticed that new hired Arinsonians are a bit sombong. What do I mean by sombong...when I smile, they dun even smile back! There goes my effort..wasted!
* I noticed that some people really don't know how to loosen up and have a break!
* I noticed that some people really relies on manipulating others to be a better person

And this is the part that critics on others :

* I really hate to share the elevator with crowd from the K***A office as they tend to speak loudly in the lifts, they make stupid jokes, they suddenly talks about politics and talk as if they are important to some minister, they smells terrible after lunch!! I mean..hello...tak penah pakai deodoran or beli perfume ke??
* I really hate when seeing people wearing tudung with a see through baju kurung sleeves..I mean come on..what make they feel that this is oK?
* I really hate it when the taxi drives talks crap about how low their fare and how unfair. Hello..NGV? does it rings any bells on how low do you get for gas?
* I really hate it when people says they don't have money as much as I earned! Do they have any ideas how much I earned every month? How much I have to spent for house, cars, loans etc2??
* I really hate it when people complaints about their work..and feels that they are the most worked employee of the year when they go back at 6pm sharp?

And this is where I feel it tickles!

* When people talks to me in Mandarin, Cantonese or even Hokkien...assuming I am Chinese
* When people feel I earned so much that I can buy anything I want!
* When people talks to me about Roger :D
* When I see people runnign for elevators as if that's the last one going up
* When the STARBUCKS baristas downstairs flirting with me and the next thing they know that I'm with someone! SO they really need to cover their ass up so that/hoping that Donat wouldn't noticed it earlier and they really have the funniest face when they are shocked+afraid+guilty!
* Adding my counsellor/ big boss in Facebook as one of my friends!

And things I should do more often :

* Watch more tennis...ASTRO is not showing enuff tennis!!
* Do archery more often, I am not bad for the try as I hit most of my wanted spots!
* BBQ more often...I love preparing the ayam percik marinate sauce and really sooth my workaholic side!
* Organized more frens outing even I am always turned down by people due to time and money as if I am planning a trip to Paris etc.

* Swim! and yes my class will commence this Sat 19th April! watch out dolphins..I am gonna beat your gracefull swimming style :P

And I LOVE it when I have LOST almost 10 kg since august 2007 till now..and planning to loose more and more..sampai kurus kering..ahahaha..no lar..smpai I fit size 27 Levi's jeans!!
IT'S BEEN TOO LONG SINCE...

It's not that people miss my blog...I myself do miss it a lot. And I really can't accept the facts that for the past few months my life only evolved around work..work..work. This is the part where I become workaholic by accident. I really hate to work, but it has to stay as it pays all the bills. Like it or not, I just have to go on working...and keep working.
It's tea break now..and finally I am a bit loose to write a blog. Well, a lot of things happening in my life recently (excluding work). I love the fact that I love BBQ session with friends. And I just realize it when I went to PD with Donat's fren for a mini trip. It was fun. I will elaborate with pictures as words always lie and picture doesn't (I think that's why I look good in pictures rather than real life...the camera is trying to tell people something :P)

Ok..now..I want to talk about food!! Since I am having my yogurt (capuccino flavor..nice)..2 mini tubs of it...so I wont over indulged in something else less healthier than this. I have been to quite a few new places for food...And let me describe a bit on a few that really captures me positively and negatively :

(1) Charms cafe - One Utama between Old and New wing
* I won't go there again since the food is ONLY so-so, not so tasty, not that bad but the price tag for it really pissed me off. You can get way better food in Madam Kwan's or Little Penang with the same or lower price. Not worth the price!!

(2) 1920 Italian Cafe and Bar
* I would recommend people who loves Italian food as much as me to try this place. I went to the Curve brach at level 1 and really loves the food. I went with my sisters and Donat and they all love it. The pasta is nice, baked chicks, bruschetta and garlic bread..all are perfectly cooked. And with the price tag as similar as the CHARMS cafe..I would say this place beats CHARM by 10000 miles!

(3) Marche
* Should I elaborate more? They got 5 star from me! Located at The Curve and having this eye catching 2 cow in red, with suisse flag nobody can ever missed that! (Does it has to do with me liking RF?hahahaha)For those who feel intimidates to enter the place, just ask for a visitor's pass to look around the stalls inside. They cook evrything fresh and the price tag..oh sooo affordable!!

(4) Sukhumvit (name taken from a place in Bangkok)
* A new Thai food stall in the heart of Kg. Baru..decoration sebijik macam The Apartment @ The curve. I mean the tables and chairs and even the layout is kinda like Bali style with happening music in the background. The Tomyam is VERY VERY nice..if you order for 2..u get tomyam with fire :P and the PAD PHIK (not paprik..they cooked paprik differently so I wouldn't suggest that) is VERY NICE!! And the kerabu...SUPERB!! I never left my plate empty everytime I eat here. Price wise? Come on it's Kg Baru...Tom yam is not even RM10...u can get at RM5!!

(5) Madam Lims @ KJ
* Chinese style cooking with a very delicious cusines to choose from. And the price? Very affordable..You can get kuey teow goreng at RM4! Must try!

Thats a few that really leaves an impact to me. If you guys need more info on these places...just leave a comment or text me..I will guide u or even better..bring u over..menyibuk2 :P
Ask me anything about food and I will try to recommend a nice place for you to eat..nyum2...
