This was taken around 2004 when I was still studying in UPM. And if I'm not mistaken, this is taken after fetching my sister from KLIA after her long stay in London..8 years without seeing her face. A lot have changed, I have a career and so everybody else in the family..and we lost the heart of the family..our beloved mother...But at least my mother's wish to see my sister again is granted before she passed away....

What happen to the Count of Monte Cristo?

I have reached almost half from the story. Here, there is this new character name Fernand something, I can't remember and I don't really fancy his character. Since then...The Count of Monte Cristo rest in peace at my side table in the bedroom. I wish I can skip all Fernand story and jump straight to Dantes. But...his name is everywhere...

Will try to finish this...before 2008..

THE LAST LEGION or THE LAST MOVIE?



Watched this last friday with Fairuz, yes the fire marshall. Hahaha..Well, honestly I love Colin Firth and the only thing that attract me is him. So, I accompany Fairuz to TGV One Utama..tiket tempat lain sume sudah tiade gara2 terlalu lambat menonton tayangan yang hampir mati ini. So ini je choice yang ade.

The cinema seriously Sucks! No wonder GSC on the other wing is making a lot of money. Then in the middle of the movie the sound system broke. Terus dengar suara aje without the effects. Gile ke ape, my speaker at home 100 kali ganda lagi sedap ok!

Then came Aishwarya Rai..where in my opinion being fully manipulated by all those western filmakers..hahaha..stupid she..I don't see the chemistry between Aish and Colin and I don't see her as a great warrior as they try to potray it.

For me...the movie...not so good and I really2 feel sorry for Colin to accept this kind of role in this kind of movie. Aku plak yang lebih2 kan..tah-tah die punye la suke mase dapat watak ni..I guess this will be the last movie that I will watched in TGV One Utama. And they are renovating something but I bet the outcome won't be as good as what I am expecting. So better not disappoint myself and hurt my wallet by going there.

After that..lepak with Donut's Streamyx friend in Uptown until 3 am...huhuhuu...managed not to eat anything..Yes!

MY WEEKEND

Saturday

Helping out at my sister's for her open house. Konon2 nak wat ala2 X'mas la ni..all western foo.Chili Con Carne with baguette, Tart vou le vant, apple pie, potato crumble, mushrooms baked in sauce, leek with lemon and tuna stuffed in tomatoes. All of this is not italian food..this is Mexican food. And thanks to my sis's fren-ariyani..she brought her very lovely home made chocolate cake. Nyum nyum...

Well..it was a hectic day..cos usually Malays pegi open house...buffet and pakai pinggan kertas. But not for my sis, ade table setting sume and pinggan is not enuff cos it's malay custom to come together ramai. And imagine kalo pinggan ade around 10 aje. tak ke penat namenye tu nak cuci2...

But the food was good, even we start at 1pm..selepas berhempas pulas akhirnye berjaye juge siap at 4pm. And me..was very very exhausted. Everybody was like jakun2 with the food and cakap macam food at hotel. Tengok la sape the decorator...ME=ADESH. hahaha...anyway..having fun that day

Planning to go for Karaoke with Ijat and frens, but end up cancelling all the plans when I received a message from Anis saying that Rifqan Asri's mom just passed away. Her mom has been sick for quite a while and we went to visit the family that evening with ijat and frens.

2 of my friends just lost their loved one last week...

ERDHA - Lost her dad because of heart attack
ASRI - Lost his mom because of internal bleeding in stomach

Marilah kita sedekahkan Al-fatihah to both of them. Semoga roh mereka dicucuri rahmat.

DEBU BINTANG a.k.a STARDUST

Last night I watched this movie with donut and alongside 5 other friends. It was a late nite show and I must admit that all of us do look tired..and thanks to my miscalculation of the time (it's 11:50pm show and I thought it's 11:30pm..bcos u know..the 50/100=half)

The first 15 minutes was boring..because iklan la...tak sudah2 iklan..mentang2 movie baru kan...then the movie start..a bit slow..just slow..not boring la..but I am still not absorbed yet in the storyline. But after half an hour I managed to immersed into the storyline and really enjoy the show, beside the stiff neck and never ending migrain.

It was purely a romantic fairy tale. Where Micehlle Pfeiffer(dunno how it spell la) play as one of the 3 evil witch sisters. And Claire Danes become the star that fall from the sky when the King of Stormhold dead. And, the most interesting of all is of course our beloved Robert De Niro...he plays as an air pirates who capture lightning and sell them in the dark market. The reputation for pirates is always barbaric and fierce...and he potrays that very well. But actually, he have a double personality, he's a drag queen, whimp and a really like sotong-sotong. Haahahahahah..it's very funny to watch him acted as something that is definitely different from his usual roles.

And I do like the Stormhold's princes brothers who all of the are already dead, one by one and their soul will not rest in peace until the new King is found. And this is funny cos they are there in every scene and laugh, clap and give advice to the characters(alive) even though nobody heard or see them. Seriously funny. I love this movie and would rate it 5 STAR. seriously..I'm a bit shallow in fairy tales...aaaahhh

DETOUR before WORK

Just got back from One Utama to collect the wayang tiket for tonite. STARDUST...the fairy tale movie that I hope won't be disappointing (as I'm the one suggesting the movie to all other 6 people)

And yes, as any other species with similar DNA like me(I'm talking about gurls), the objective going to One U is only, only to collect the ticket which cost myself RM9. And yes, since it is still early, I've decided to take a walk inside the shopping. Window shopping la kononnye kan...

First..to Esprit..then Nose..then Padini then etc2. The last boutique that I have visited is PDI, well known for it's cheap, simple yet very cute for my opinion. Then decided to buy something (It's my habit people...can't leave a mall without buying anything at all). At first it is only a cheap RM23 baby-T. Then I fancy this RM39 baby-T which not surprisingly fits very nicely and cute. Then..when I just about to make the payment, I saw the sweatshirt which is really bringing me back those memories when I still have my Giordano Jumper (my sister pinjam and sampai tadi, the moment i saw the PDI jumper I tak ingat yg she haven't returned it yet!) And yes people, as expected I bought that jumper :P

I feel satisfied and of course happy(tadek pompuan yang tak suke baju baru)..but now a bit disappointed with myself because I plan to invest in swimming class this month and really need to buy the equipments, fees etc2 and yet I still a hopeless shopaholic....

That the reason why I can't shop alone, I tend to buy a lot of stuff which I didn't need at all...if donut is there, he will obliged from buying..

Takpelah..at least I can wear it tonite mase tengok wayang...hheheehehe

ANAK TIRI?

Hahaha..seriously it has been quite some time since I had posted something here. Seolah-olah dianak tirikan pulak blog nih. Well, I have been quite busy before the Eid Holiday and trust me, during that period of time I was too occupied with so many things. Work, of course and the new addiction...(drumrolls..) FACEBOOK!!!

Well, it is not that I am very busy with work but I was busy sorting out my time between work and facebook. I want to fully utilize all the time I have in the office for these 2 things. Hehehehe...funny but it is the reality that I was at first very hard to admit. If I have ample time, I will definitely browse the FACEBOOK. And now BLOGSPOT, FRIENDSTER , EMAILS have been abandoned and left alone by their cute owner :P

So now, I am trying to be more considerate and divide my time more reasonable between all this applications. (hey..isn't it only for work actually? hahahhaa)

And I missed the chance to say SELAMAT HARI RAYA AIDILFITRI to all my friends and hoping that everybody did enjoy their holiday.

I took this link from Fiza's blog and try it out...actually trying to prove something to myself. Of all the quizzes that I took online, be it Heroes, or Super Hero I always be the antagonist or better known as villain. And usually it is not a mini co-star villain, but I ended up being usually the most powerful of all like Sylar...again and again. And also some bad super hero. Do I deep down inside me have the ability to become one of the most powerful villain? I always feel like I am a really good person no matter what super power was blessed on me and I will always use it on good cause.

But after taking the Transformer quiz, I end up being MEGATRON himself. Strange, I always have this scenario inside my mind, if (touch wood) I were one of the suspect for a big crime, and need to answer a few questions to proof yourselves not guilty, I think most probably I will end up in jail even if I am not guilty...Touch wood..touch wood...touch wood... And sometimes this antagonist thing, it creeps in my sleep where all the soul in the world wanted to kill me...I hate that kind of dream. And always, they will use water method to drown me down. I guess this explained why I am a HYDROPHOBIC, a really serious one.

It is coming...again and again...without guilt

Now the bloated stomach ache is back in town. Really hate it when it occurred..makes me feel like I have additional 5kg spare tyre on the stomach. Anyhow, this doesn't mean I can't fast, this one acted really strange. You can suffer from stomach ache for the rest of the day if you didn't eat anything and it will double up if you eat something...Kinda confused how to treat this right? Maybe a few garlic pills really helps (which I can't consume right now) and seriously...there's another way...which I won't mention here...and anybody who suffered from this pain will know exactly what is the cure is :)

A long lost friend...

Not really a long lost friend, it is only so called like that. She is one of my primary school friend back then years and years ago in SKPZ - Sekolah kebangsaan Pendita Zaaba. She is in the other class and as far as I remember that her mother is my Maths teacher (garang juge..takot) and her house located just opposite the post office. I bought this month issue of Rapi (I am addicted in buying any magazines..to kill the boredom) and as I am reading and flipping the pages of it I saw this girl appear in one of the section. Something like success story of people that have loose weight. At first I didn't recognise her...(after all the make up etc2) but later her name does rings a bell. It's Muhaina Othman...she's always there in my Friendster's list but little I had the effort to keep in touch with her. I guess, I need to congratulate her for this..not for the magazine spread..but for the weight loss success she made :)
