MIGRAINE TUESDAY...

Urghhh..I am so hating it when my day starts with Migraine. I wonder what happen inside my head when it ache so much even when i knock myself so hard, I couldn't feel it...
It's always on the left side of my head and it goes down to the left neck to my left shoulder and when it is real bad...it goes down until the hip...
Hope it gets better when I consult my best friend = Ponstan...

Gosh I am hating this feeling...

My last weekend starts with watching Alvin & The Chipmunks. Aaaawhh..they are soo cute and not surprisingly..they sang harmoniously :D
The most favorite part will be anything with Theodeore. He is so cute and cuddly. Being the fattest and shortest of all chipmunks, he really stands out :)

And not to forget Alvin the ever famous and Simon the smartest. I still can recall how Theodore face looks like when he have a nightmare and wanted to sleep with Dave. But..the only turndown is... I hate the person who plays Dave in the film as I hate him in his sitcom 'My Name is Earl'...The chipmunks have a different outfit than the old days where they wore this long t-shirt with turtle neck(this is only to make them look fat and short and cute..people..stay away from wearing this..only for chipmunks) being replaced with short jumper..edgier..

Other than that...I can't stop smiling until I'm asleep :D The movies reminds me of my childhood where I spent watching cartoons and Chipmunks is one of the top 5 beside Thundercats, Smurf, Jem, My little Pony etc2.

ANOTHER BORING MONDAY...

This Morning...I have to drag myself out of the bed to go to work...
I am so damn lazy to go to work...
Even now I am at work...I am hardly doing my work...
Please give me Friday again :(

WHAT ARE THE ODDS?

Scenario 1:
This happened when I was in Canada for business trip with 4 of my colleague. We went to Calgary Tower and didn't made any reservation in advance. The waitress inform us that there are no seats available at the moment since they are fully booked. We then discuss with each other in front of concierge when suddenly the waitress said... "I guess today is your lucky day sir since there is a party of 5 just cancelled their reservation"....speaking Malay I said to my colleague, "Marketing strategy je ni...takkan tibe2 ade 5 orang cancel..."
What are the odds???

Scenario 2:
An aunty and uncle of mine came to KL for their daughter's registration in one of the college. They are too tired to drive back to Perak and decided to stay. They chose to stay in Kg.Baru area hotels. Without reservation, they asked if there is any extra room but the concierge says there is none. Then suddenly he said that a couple had just cancel their room booking and it is now available. Feeling happy they both thanked the man. And I was thinking...What are the odds?

WEDDING SINGER

Standing : Jasmei, Noa and Along, Sitting : Husband Ila..and Ila

Obviously, this is a wedding reception! What people didn't know is that the 3 ladies behind the 'Pengantin' are actually the wedding singer? Dun trust me? Seriously they are...I witness it myself. Before we headed to the wedding they actually had their last practice @ Superstar Alamanda. Just to make sure their voice in good shape =) This was taken on 1st December 2007

Here's the proof, that they are really practicing their heart out at Superstar karaoke. And Jasmei say "A glass of 100 Plus really can give you the energy to sing and you can project good voice too"...


And don't forget coreography, really important. You have to coordinate the steps so takdela berterabur depan audiences. You can see that they are really practicing their move..cayalah


And again, Jasmei said that another cup of Ice Sirap is really important in projecting good tone when singing....

Just as the title, ironically..we worked together in Teliti Computers...then moved to Arinso together too...The only person who already cabut from Arinso is Asri. Shall we be together again in the same company again? Let God decide...I think we can established our own company in years to come together by combining all our expertise :)

TOUCHED

I was looking for a taxi yesterday and decided to wait at the opposite road which is in front of Medan Tuanku Post Office. From afar I noticed 2 Indian lady, one is older than the another. The older Indian lady wore saree and the other wore modern clothes. They both were waiting for a taxi.

Looking at them, I feel like I need to start a conversation. Then this is how it goes :
Me : Kakak dah lame ke tunggu taxi? Takde nak berenti ye?
Older Indian Lady : Sudah lame juge. Memang mereka taknak berenti la. Bukan kite tanak bayarkan...

Silence with smile...
Older Indian Lady : Itu LRT sudah rosak you tau ke?
Me: Ye ke? yang mane satu? (since there are a few at my office)
OIL : Itu yang pergi KLCC, Dang Wangi...
Me : Oh..ye ke. Susahla..dahle hujan lebat ni...
OIL: Tak boleh buat ape2..saye kena turun..dari Dang Wangi..jalan pergi bank negara, takde taxi, lepas tu pergi SOGO, terlalu ramai. Then we decided to wait here...
Me : Kesiannye kakak...
OIL : U mau pergi mane? Kite kongsi taxi. nanti saye cakap pade driver drop u dulu kemudian baru hantar kite pergi seri gombak.

I was like thinking...Jalan Ipoh..Seri Gombak..not really in the same route..
Me : Takpela kak...nanti susahkan akak...driver taxi tu pun mesti takmau.
OIL: Takpe, kite cube. kalau boleh mesti saye suke menolong orang. Kite hidup kena tolong menolong...

Touched...I smile :) They still trying to haul a few cabs and it won't stop. And still, they can make jokes to each other happily besides the long wait and heavy rain...
Then the Younger Indian Lady smile and say to me :
YIL : Adik cube tahan satu. Who knows it's your luck.
Me : Ok, I try...

Without even have to wait 1 minute, a taxi stop to my surprise. I ask the driver to take them to Gombak but he refuse. Then I ask if he can go to Jalan Ipoh. Then he says he can drive me there. I feel guilty. I say to the ladies is it ok if I go ride the cab 1st?
OIL: Takpela..yang penting u balik dulu...tak elok perempuan sorang2 balik malam2. Hari sudah gelap..hujan lagi. very dangerous..go..takpe
With a smile I ride the cab...

I was touched by the kindness of both the lady and I was thinking if everybody have the same thought as this ladies, Malaysia will be a much better place than ever.

NEWS FROM SOUTH

Your Royal Highness. I have brought news from the South. I have spoken with the General Marshall of the South and find out that they are in short of human labour. He had requested me to bring this news to Your Royal Highness. I know, it is not my duty sire to speak my opinion so loudly in front of Your Majesty, but I do think that we must allocate some of the labours in the castle to the South. Their condition is quite bad due to the non-stop raining, corrupting their harvest. I am afraid sire, that this condition might lead to starvation or worse plague. That is (plague) the worst thing that can happy to any Kingdom ever exist in the world sire.

I also have a news from the Aeronauts. They are seeing a group of pheasant, around 1000 at least, most dressed in black are walking towards the border between our Kingdom and Kilimo Gallad Kingdom. He afraid sire, they are trying to break into our Kingdom and steal our Land. But if they are here to negotiate I found that there is nothing wrong with that sire as we can live together peacefully in this world. I advice Your Majesty, to take full precautions on the news I brought from the South....

Should I say more of this movie? Awesome... Great cinematography... Wonderful storyline... Real Cute Animals... Real cute ice bears... Cool compass-look-alike gadget called Alethiometer (see picture above)

I think I'm going to watch this again..hehehe...i think watching it once is not enough for me... This film was criticized by the Catholic and Christians from the United State because it's story is anti Christianity where there is this Fantasy world and nothing to mention about God whatsoever...well, the US people always behave like that..I remember when Harry Potter movie and books are banned from several states...And I wonder what are they so afraid of?...What are they trying to protect?...What are they trying to hide?...I guess they are afraid of their own shadow...

This is only the first part of the trilogy by Phillip Pullman (His Dark Material). The first book (Golden Compass) is named Northern Light in UK version. The next 2 sequel will be The Subtle Knife and The Amber Spyglass. I hope they will proceed making the film for the other 2 sequel.

LETTER TO SOVEREIGN

Sovereign,

The Kingdom is very peace today. They are already preparing themselves for this coming Christmas. Ornaments are hang and singing can be heard everywhere along the streets. I didn't feel as stressed as I am before. I am not sure what actually changed my mood today but I feel more calm. And, yes I am still learning about the Kingdom at my best!

I hope this decision of yours is working fine for me as I am still hoping for a fairy tale dream comes true.
