Kul-Heathrow-Calgary

Well..at last I am flying off to Heathrow...after series of nightmare and paranoid feelings, I manage to make it :)

I am flying off in business class....in style off course..and once u are in the business class area...everything seems different...stewards become more friendly..no..super friendly...the chair is soooooo nice...u can adjust it to almost 180 degree...and the food..unlike the bento box in economy, they are serving real food..u can actually choose the dish.

For me I had :

1-Sate for appetizer (the best sate i have ever tasted)

2-Sirloin steak for main course

3-I forgot what I had for desserts

4-And generous amounts of juices..hot drinks..cookies...

That was for dinner...For breakfast..I had mixed grill...strawberry yougurt drink...and breads...they are serving this all in white plate...not the plastic bento box :)

Well...I get the door gift which is the L'Occitane cosmetic bag...and also..I really love the green tea perfume they put in the toilet rack..it was so nice..probably Im gonna buy it sooner or later...or i will bodek the steward to actually give it for a souvenir on my back back to KL next week.

Arriving London

We took Heathrow express to go to London :) it was a tremendous and so overwhelming experience to me. The fare cost me like 20 pound which is..RM100+...erkk...so expensive..but..i dun mind as I am not sure when will I get this next oppurtunity.

London is so nice...we went to Leischester Square, Buckingham Palace, and walking around like crazy tourist taking pictures early in the mornin g as it was only at 8am...

I love the weather..chilly wind :) But it was so tiring as we do carry the laptop with us and walk all the way from Picadilly Circus to Victoria...we decided to take Voctoria rather than picadilly on our way back because it was so far to walk away that far.

London security..not bad...normal restriction...Then we rest in the Business Class lounge...so relaxing...time to catch for the Air Canada. Behold calgary, I will be coming to you shortly :D

The Fire Drill..that hurts my feet

As I was going to pick up the phone and calling up the bank's cust service, suddenly there is a fire drill in Shell...the funny thing is..it is only for Shell staff..so other company which is working here for eg, Scomi..PTPTN...they are not involved in it.

I pick the wrong day to wear these high heels sandals. The sandal's mileage is less than 1km i guess...but the fire drill increase the mileage to almost 2km :(

The best part will be Fairuz is actually the mastermind of this all..He has been selected as a fire marshall there for yellow zone(which is my place)....cayalah dude!Looking at him in person..makes you belief he is a real fire marshall...born to be heroes...ehehhee...but looking back at his picture...erm..macam keje kontrak jek..ehehhe...jgn marah ye :D

Back in Shell...4 more days counting to Canada

I am back at Shell...doing preparation for Shell canada country rollout...I was excited yet terrified with this new experience...as I am gog to CALGARY, CANADA!!!

I will be taking off on 20th April and back around 29th April...I am right now quite scared of the upcoming event...I wished everything will be ok...and I will be doing a great day there....

Inspite of the excitement...I had this paranoid feeling towards this...WHY?

• I never like to travel by plane (thanks to National Georaphic-Air Crash Investigation)
• I haven't been anywhere with more than 12hours timezone differences...
• I never did this module in my life
• My Visa is not approved yet until today

Series of nightmares haunting me...luggage is empty...forgot to pack things up...Canadian Shell person come here...so there is no need for us to come..I was late at the airport...and the list goes on...

I hope I can fight all this...and hope claire bennet words "I walked through fire and didn't get burned"...comes true in my reality....

Makan and Makan at my sis's fren's house at Desa Angakasa

I wished I had the pictures of foods on the table..let me name it..roast yummy chicken..potato gratin(my sis made it for this event)..bihun goreng...cinnamon bun..cakes..muffin..apple salad..it was so fulfilling and I end up with bloated stomach at the end of the nite...

The potluck party was held at my sis's fren house in Desa Angkasa Jln U-Thant. The place was soooo very nice..resort like and low rise condo unit..How suddenly I wish I will settled down in a place like that..very near to KL but it feels like you are in resort somewhere in Bali.

Back to the potluck story..actually...I was there by accident as I was lepaking wif my sis at her house..and she need to go to the potluck...It happened that I didn't bring the house key....And yes..I have to follow her...But it was really an enjoying treat :D I hope they can invite me next time...hehehehe...

Second plot..of anger and disappointment

Again...after a few ammendments made to the agreement..Andrew once again come to my apartment to hand me the agreement for me to sign it...
Me : Come in la andrew
Andrew : TQ...hmmm...owh..you simple la..so simple house...or u not finished transferring your things yet ah?
Aiyah Andrew, last time you also ask the same question and now you restating the fact that my house is simple? Is this kinda joke or what..but..i actually laugh at it when he ask me that question again...ahahaha...

First Plot..of humiliation and laughter

Me : Hey, can u come around 9pm to 10pm..
Andrew : (read with thick chinese accent) Aaa..ok2..I will come to ur unit around 9-10pm....I will ring the door bell..
Ting tong....I opened the door and there he stand with my agreement..he is my real estate agent....
Me : Come in laaaa....
Andrew : Ok2..
He slowly enter my apartment...
Andrew : Eiii..you haven't move in your stuff yet ah?
Me : Haiyoh Andrew..this is all I have la :P
Andrew : Ooo..sorry2..I thought you haven't move in yet...
Huhuhu...yes i know i dun have a lot of furniture yet..In the really big huge gigantic hall there lay only a 21 inch TV with TV bench...but a lot will come in later..months by months...i need a bit of patience to live in this simple house..but my room..it's perfect..I have everything that a master bedroom should have..name it..and I have it :) I love it so much...

Moving...A new Start

It was so tiring...it took me like one whole day just to get it settled..but with the help of my dearly donut..and my lovely sisters(which i dun really remember what is their contribution except for those gossip after everything done)..also..cicak for his great contribution...the new family member ceri off course for carrying the TV :)
And now I am finally here...
My own space...
My own place...
My own sanctuary...
My home sweet home :)
For those who are asking...I will held a housewarming soon..when my stuff is all neatly unpacked and a few furniture is added :D And also...thanks for Sinan..cos it happens that his lorry driver number that makes my day :) but for the rest...thanks to u too...
