A Company Trip to Perth

  • It was an exciting event..and most of all..it's FREE!!!
  • Having this neck pain, I really don't feel like going...
  • Furthermore..my best buddy Syu is not going...
  • A feeling of excited, worried and pain circled around me...
  • I hope all went well in Perth and I hope I will enjoy my priceless time...
  • Gonna miss my Donut...(maybe this is another reason why I feel sad...leaving him..aaahhh)
Stiff Neck
Huhuhu..I don't know why lately I always have stiff neck or in another word neck pain. It has been like 2-3 days since I encounter this..it started with my right neck and shoulder and the pain was terrible. I end up patching Kool Fever on the neck to work and took Ponstan to ease the pain. Another morning I woke up with the same pain but on the left. The pain in the right shoulder is still there, but tolerable...and now it goes to the left neck. I feel like taking MC for today but it seems a bit inappropriate since I already took 2 days MC for this month because of fever after going to the beach!
And yes, now I realize...all these pain including flu, migraine and all is coming back to me since I encounter the fever. I guess my antibody is not strong enough after the fever thingy....
Regardless the pain, I still do enjoy reading the Count of Monte Cristo...what happen now to the story?
Count of Monte Cristo?
Edmond Dantes is on his way plotting an escape plan in the prison with a friend which he need to dig around 10 feet only with pot holder just to get to see him. Can't wait to see them escape....By the way, Edmond Dantes is the main protagonist in this story and only aged 19 when he was prisoned without knowing the crime he committed. He already been in captivation for almost 5 years. He didn't committed any crime, but those who are very jealous of his achievement (future ship captain, will marry a pretty girl and had the fortune in his right hand) had this conspiracy made and blamed it on him. It all started with a letter...only an anonymous letter! I guess jealousy occurred not even in Malay communities like we have always heard "Biaselah orang Melayu, same-same Melayu pun nak dengki"...it has changed a bit on my perception of people...

Currently reading...
Book : The Count of Monte Cristo
Author : Alexandre Dumas
I always like classic book being adapted into a movie. But the attempt to read it always end up halfway or even worse not even 5 pages... But last Sunday my sister, donut and me were hanging around in MPH when she was browsing at the classic books section. They are all very cheap, costing you like from RM 8.90 to RM 13.90. But be careful, and I don't think it is a wise thing to buy the one that has been abridge and commented by lecturers from various university. It will cost you a lot! In fact you are not gonna read it after all!
So I bought this book from Alexandre Dumas creation, The Count of Monte Cristo. I was looking for The three Musketeers as I always adore them and even still adore them in The Man in The Iron mask, but it is nowhere to be seen. I would love to read The Man in The Iron Mask, but knowing the ending is totally not the same with movie, I won't torture myself with the sad ending..sob2..so I settled with The Count of Monte Cristo!
Reading the books is challenging, so many classic verb which I didn't know and have to think carefully, here are a few example:
Word:
1) disquieted - worried, anxious
2) kine - another word for cow regardless of the gender
Phrase:
1) vision of the seven fat kine and the seven lean kine - seven years of plenty and seven years of scarcity
And many many many many more...I love literature...
It's like the fresh air for language..
About the book? Awesome and still 800+ pages to go..just finished around 80 pages!wish me lots of luck!

Second storage in Cicak?
While I'm riding the taxi to the office, I pass the road where I have met an accident 1 year back then. But it is actually the usual road to the office. The ever famous Jalan Kuching roundabout. Suddenly this memories crept again in my mind where I have loads..loads of stuff inside the bonnet during the accident. The part where creates a smile on my mind is when Cicak was towed to the police station to log the report, I need to get all the things inside it to make it easier for the mechanics to repair all the mess.
This is what I remember bringing to the post office. I felt like an immigrant rather than a person who just had a car accident.
Crossing the street me and donut was holding:
1) 3-4 pairs of heels and a sports shoe
(convenient when I feel like going to the gym)
2) Lots of papers which I kidnapped from Teliti :P sorry
3) Boxes..where I can't remember what's inside
4) And the most of all...A 4-5litres Pyrex pot which is really huge and heavy. I purposely leave it there when I took it from my hometown cause I am so lazy carrying that to my house.
5) And also, CD,books, magazines, and sweaters and jackets.
Hehehe..I felt so embarrassed in the police station actually..looking like either an immigrant, flood victim, fire victim...or any other victim that you can imagine. But the last thing they expect happen to me is a car accident. Hahahahhaa...
Since the event, I think I am more careful with what I placed inside Cicak and try to make it as minimal as I can...
Isn't it a wonder, how small events can change a person's life :)

My First Trip to PD with ex rummies
Who? : Akak, Rynn, Pahada and Me off course
When? : 4th August until 6th August 2007

After making a detour to Fasya's, we finally reach PD with exhaustion-as if I am the one driving!Well, checking in and have a minimal rest and off we went to the pasar malam to find the BBQ items for tomorrow.

Pasar malam was hectic! Too many locals and not to forget the tourist. The sea food are sooo cheap, even a person like me who didn't even eat sea food get tempted by the price. Hahahaha...

We went back to have dinner..preferably a nice place by the sea....and we end up fancying this ikan bakar spot next to mayang sari resort where the waiter is so F**ing damn rude. I don't want to spoil my mood by writing what he said to us, but after we ordered we just go off. Being rude back to them. Serves them right. Then we go to Mak Mak place, nice place
(i even went here 3 times during my PD visit)

The next day we woke up early even there is endless chat about what we have left up since ages last night where I end up sleeping with rynn at 4 am. Akak and Pahada, they are not involve so it's not a big thing they woke up that early...
We went to tanjung biru and play the kayak and not to forget our first go cart race at Eagle Ranch resort. As the night started taking it course we have our BBQ started. Me, as the fire starter feel the pressure. What if the fire didn't starts...but luckily with akak help with the plastic bag idea, we only need less tha 20 mins to start the fire. We felt very lucky as we are all girls :)

Next day, is the last day for us in PD. We have our final stroll at the beach(Pantai Saujana) ..actually I would call it exercise as we stroll from one end to another and we end up sweating like pig. Hihihi...what a really nice walk for after having a plate of nasi lemak at mak mah! It was a fun trip even it's only in PD> We actually plan for Redang, Perhentian etc2. But neither one of us have the luxury to take a long leave. So PD would do as our 1st mini trip. .We will plan another trip however next year...maybe in Redang or Tioman!wuhuuuuu

this is only some of the picts, the rest will be uploaded soon...
Visiting Fasharuzie's son Mirza Aqil before my first PD trip...
Well, akak, rynn, pahada and me decided to take a detour to Fasya's house to visit her newborn baby boy- Mirza Aqil...

If I'm not mistaken Aqil was born on 23rd May 2007. And we brought him presents as Rynn presented him with babycare products and me..off course everything about trend and style! I give him clothes...3 pairs..and one of it is sooo damn cute with the matching mittens and socks...hehehe...

Fasya cook for us Gulai Lemak Ayam, sayur choy tam and sambal ikan bilis cili api with extra2 hot paste. Well, I am on diet so I didn't enjoy it as much as rynn, akak and pahada enjoys it! I realize that I kinda miss her cooking back then while we were rommies.

We do hope Fasya and her newborn will live a happy and hassle free life :) Good Luck Fasya!! On our way to PD, we drive using the old road. Very challenging I would say (Thank God I am not the one driving) as there are cow accidents with aprilla superbikes and also army of tanks going back to the camps...Are we deep in the forest ? Errr....
A week in PD 2

11th of August, Donut, Sinan, Asri, Ejump, Kama, Anis, Hairul and me went for a weekend mini trip to PD. PD again for me for 2 consecutive week! ~Well, I know it's not really mind breaking event like most people would say, but hey..no matter where, the most important thing is the crowd. Simple example, Imagine yourself stranded in one of the island in Caribbean with some people that you truly hate...I mean where's the fun in it even if it's the most beautiful place of all? Am I getting my points out here?

This mini trip consist of 3 events, Sinan's birthday bash 10th august, Asri's Birthday bash 11th and also my anniversary 12th august. Instead of spending it doing the usual urban flow, we decided it will be PD even if there is too many hardship before :)
(cancellations and rescheduling even at 7:00 am that morning itself!)

I'm not gonna elaborate on what we did last time. Let the pictures tell the story :) But we did enjoy our self there with 2 rounds of banana boat riding where I didn't ride because of past bitter experience. And mandi laut non stop! Where I didn't join often cause I am afraid to the sea. Hehehe..hey..like I have always said..feeling the sand beneath my feet with the sea water splashing on my feet is more than enough for me :)

Close the BLOG?

Somebody told me to shut this blog down :(
Why? because she said that I didn't update/post it regularly. Uwaaaa....
I didn't have internet connection at home and only depend on the office network. For the last 2 weeks I am on leave...But I will update the stuff that I have done during the looong leave ;) Still typing and editing the pictures.
Transaction SE80 or SEAT?
A friend of mine - N*z*d asked one of the senior about this one transaction in SAP. The senior say it's trx SE80.
But unfortunately, to no avail. He claim it is not exist. SO the senior went to his place and check. He didn't ype it as SE80 but SEAT!!
Didn't get the joke? Pronounce SE80 in english and it sounded just like S-E-A-T!
The story of the day from a humble friend :)
